This is an example of a basic Warranty Deed to convey title to real estate.  However, it is important to note that this form is much more effectual when created by a title or escrow agency.  These agencies don't charge much at all to get the right forms filled out and to file them for you, and it's worth every penny because if you make a mess of a conveyance of title, you could be in for some very expensive problems.
