Landlord/Tenant Ask-A-Lawyer Program

Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Pro Bono Project has pro bono attorneys available to unrepresented tenants and landlords seeking legal advice on their rights.  The program allows you to have a 15-minute consultation with one of these attorneys.

There are two Ask-A-Lawyer sessions offered every Wednesday.  The morning session is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and the afternoon session is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

You can sign up for a consultation at the Civil Law Self-Help Center at the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Ave, Downtown Las Vegas.  Space is limited, and consultations are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Probate Ask-A-Lawyer Program

For those who have experienced the death of a loved one and want to talk to an attorney and obtain legal advice about probate matters, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada has attorneys available to unrepresented individuals going through a probate case.

This program allows you to have up to a 20-minute consultation with one of these attorneys free of charge.

The Probate Ask-A-Lawyer Program is offered once a month, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  You can sign up at the Civil Law Self-Help Center at the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Ave, Downtown Las Vegas.

Participants should bring all probate-related paperwork to this session and should arrive at 8:00 a.m. before the session to sign up for a slot.  Space is limited, and consultations are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Small Claims Ask-A-Lawyer Program

If you are involved in a small claims case or thinking of suing someone in small claims, the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Pro Bono Project has pro bono attorneys available to assist you.  The program allows you to sign up for a 15-minute consultation with one of these attorneys to discuss your case.

This program is held two times per month, on the first and third Tuesday, with one session in the morning and one in the afternoon.  The morning session is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and the afternoon session is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
