This is a form that's going to make it more streamlined for tenants who want to apply to rent from you.  How it works is a tenant fills out the application for rental, pays a fee, and then you follow the legal requirements to either approve or disapprove them.  Use a credit checking service like Equifax and run a background check for evictions and criminal history as you'd be pretty surprised at what some potential applicants have done in the past.

Since time is of the essence when renting you should always try to deliver, fax or email your application.

Your application will not be processed unless it is complete and includes the $30.00 processing fee and a copy of your drivers license and social security card.   If you fax or email your application -  then you must mail the original & the $30 processing fee to the Address that is listed above.  Processing to include credit report & screening fee.  Be sure to sign the application.
