This is an example of a basic Last Will and Testament.  This sample doesn't deal with any child custody issues, but it should be sufficient at demonstrating what a typical will looks like.  It's important to note, however, that you shouldn't use this form without either consulting with an attorney or doing your own research. Also, there are no "couples wills" with the reason being that you have to plan to pass away on separate occasions.  Estate planning is a complicated subject, but forms like this can help give users an idea of what the typical requirements are.  Also, look for Free Legal Aid's sample Revocable Trust, which is another way of dealing with your estate.
