Here is the first of three sets of "minutes" that you need to have when you first incorporate. This document represents the Minutes of the First Meeting of the Incorporators and includes a Waiver of Notice of Meeting of Incorporators (which refers to the people who formed the entity). Normally, you have to either send out notice or get the Incorporators to "waive" notice for any meeting. You may not even be the incorporator. If your attorney, outside party, or an online service, such as Legalzoom.com, incorporated you, then they should fill out the incorporator's minutes for you.
Also, don't forget the other two sets of minutes: Minutes of First Meeting of Shareholders and Minutes of First Meeting of Directors. Yes, you can find these forms on Free Legal Aid, but you need to do some clicking to pull them up. If anyone would like to be a helpful contributor, please comment on this entry by providing links to the other forms to help future users.
