I have an existing will with powers of attorney for health care and property.  It was written and  legalized in Illinois.  I currently live in Memphis, TN.  I want to change the contact information and one or two agent(s) in the power of attorney for property, the will itself and change one or two clauses in both.  Also I want to entirely replace the power of attorney for health care with a Tennessee 'Five Wishes' form.  How can this be done and how should I proceed to make these changes? I am trying to find free or low cost help to accomplish these goals.  I can be reached by email samuelboatner@yahoo.com.    Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks
