Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation is a nonprofit established by the Massachusetts legislature in 1983 to ensure that low-income Massachusetts citizens have access to equal justice in civil, non-criminal cases. MLAC is the largest funder of civil legal aid programs in Massachusetts.
