GVW.  In order to access the Lemon Law, there must have been 1 repair attempt for a defect that may cause death or serious injury or 3 repair attempts plus a final attempt or 30 calendar days out of service.  The time limits for pursuing your Lemon Law rights in Iowa is 2 years or 24,000 miles from the time of purchase of the vehicle, whichever occurs first.
