I live several hours away from Palm Beach But I must file my in Palm Beach Co. court. My case is to get $8000.00 back from a company who is not forfilling the term of a contract. Can I fill in small claims and settle for the $5000. limit or file for a larger amount. Is there a way I can File without traveling to Plam Beach before court date ?

I think it would be best to sue in county court, not in small claims court, and you can file it without travelling to Palm Beach. Of course the best thing to do would be to hire an attorney for this matter.
